Audit Logs

Track actions performed by members in your organization for security and operational visibility.

Audit Logs provide a record of significant actions performed within your Skitflow organization, enabling security monitoring and operational visibility.

Audit Logs is an Enterprise feature available in both cloud and self-hosted deployments.

What Is Logged

Significant actions are recorded, including:

  • Authentication: Login, logout, SSO events
  • Deployments: Deploy, stop, rollback
  • Configuration: Environment variable changes, domain modifications, settings updates
  • User Management: Role assignments, invitations, removals
  • Infrastructure: Server additions, certificate changes, backup operations
  • API Access: API key usage

Viewing Logs

Navigate to Settings → Audit Logs to view the activity log. Each entry includes:

FieldDescription
TimestampWhen the action occurred (UTC)
UserWho performed the action
ActionWhat was done (e.g., service.deploy, user.invite)
ResourceThe affected resource (project, service, etc.)
DetailsAdditional context (IP address, changes made)

Filtering

Filter logs by user, action type, resource, or date range.

Limitations

  • Audit log writes are best-effort: a log entry may be missed if the database write fails after the action succeeds.
  • Logs are scoped to the organization level; platform-level events are visible only to platform administrators.
  • CSV/JSON export and configurable retention are not yet available.
